Biyahe PH is operated by Thomas Watson ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you are using Biyahe PH on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

Biyahe PH suggests travel options between two points in the Philippines — jeepney, bus, taxi, ride-hailing, UV express, tricycle, ferry and flight — with estimated travel times, fares, terminals and pickup spots. Fares, schedules and availability are estimates compiled from public data, operator information and community reports. They are not quotations and may differ from what you are actually charged.

You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

You must not:

• use Biyahe PH for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive;
• send spam or submit deliberately false fare, stop or availability reports;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
• scrape, probe, overload or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the service, or introduce malware;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or bypass its limits.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Biyahe PH for your own travel planning under your selected plan. We retain ownership of the service, its software, data compilations, branding and documentation. When you submit a fare or stop report, you grant us a licence to host, process and display that information in aggregated, anonymised form to help other travellers.

We work to keep Biyahe PH available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Route, weather and traffic data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed or unavailable. Always confirm fares and departures with the operator before you travel.

New accounts get 14 days of full access at no cost and without a card. After the trial you need a Biyahe PH Pro subscription (US$3.50 per month, roughly ₱200) to keep planning trips. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from the Manage billing page — access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Biyahe PH is sold by Thomas Watson, the seller of record for all orders. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, whose consumer terms apply to the payment itself. Billing questions, cancellations and refunds are handled by us directly. See our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, do not pay for your subscription, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly submit false reports. You may stop using Biyahe PH and delete your account at any time. On termination your right to use the service ends; you can request an export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed departures, lost profits, lost data or goodwill. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where that exclusion is not permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be shown in the app. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and disputes fall to the courts of the Philippines. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
