Biyahe PH is operated by Thomas Watson. Every new account gets 14 days of full access for free, so you can try the whole app before paying anything.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Biyahe PH Pro is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to your first payment and to any renewal charge you tell us about within that window.

How to request a refund

Email us at biyaheph.support@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or open Manage billing in the app. Payments are processed by Stripe; approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel any time from Manage billing in the app. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds outside the 14-day window are considered case by case, for example where a technical fault stopped you from using the app.
